I desire that the whole world know My infinite mercy...

My image in your soul is. I desire that there be a Feast of Mercy. I want this image, which you will paint with a brush, to be solemnly blessed on the first Sunday after Easter; that Sunday is to be the Feast of Mercy.

On the first Sunday after Easter I desire that this image be publicly displayed. That Sunday is the Feast of Mercy. Through the Incarnate Word I make known the abyss of My mercy.

These two rays denote Blood and Water. The pale ray stands for the Water which makes souls righteous; the red ray stands for the Blood which is the life of souls.

This Feast emerged from the depths of My mercy and is confirmed in the depths of My compassion. Every believing and trusting soul will receive it.

My daughter, speak to the whole world of My inconceivable mercy. I desire that the Feast of Mercy be a refuge and shelter for all souls, especially poor sinners. On that day the depths of My mercy are opened, and I pour out a whole ocean of graces upon souls who approach the fountain of mercy.

Yes, the first Sunday after Easter is the Feast of Mercy, but there must also be deeds; I demand worship of My mercy through the solemn celebration of this feast and through veneration of this painted image.
